Five Tier Wedding Cake

This cake says romantic and elegant and this is what the bride, Michelle Nguyen, wanted for her wedding.  Fresh flowers, mostly roses, were used between the tiers of the cake and made the cake near 4 feet tall.  Freehand scroll decorated the cakes.

Shhhh...Santa is Sleeping

Shhhh...don't wake up Santa.   What a fun cake to make!  Love every detail, from the beard to the hat, the boots and the bears. Perfect for a Holiday party.  Cake was yellow with alternating layers of lemon filling and creamy vanilla buttercream.

First Birthday Celebration

Denise wanted a fun and girly cake for her daugther's first birthday.  Cake design was inspired by the "One-derful Girl" decorations she purchased for the party.  Cakes were chocolate with hazelnut buttercream filling and yellow cake with alternating layers of fresh strawberries and creamy vanilla buttercream.

Greatful Dead Birthday Celebration

This cake was made for a Greatful Dead fan.  It incorporated all details that represent this band, tie dye, dancing bears and roses.  Cake was white with alternating fillings of fresh strawberries and creamy vanilla buttercream.
