Quinceanera Mardi Gras Cake

Mardi Gras themed cakes are very popular for Sweet Sixteen and Quinceanera parties.  The mask on this cake was made of gumpaste to match her favorite colors.  Gold dagrees were used on the diamond pattern on the bottom tier.
