Betsy Maroto was a pleasure to work with. She was between a sailfish cake and a cigar box cake for her husband's surprise birthday party. Cake was yellow vanilla filled with white chocolate ganache and covered in fondant. All cake details were made of fondant. Party was held at ER Bradley's Saloon in West Palm Beach, Florida
