It was truly a pleasure meeting and working with Gloria Ortiz, mother of the groom. The selected cake design was simple elegance decorated with beautiful gumpaste roses as a cake topper and bows. Cakes were chocolate with raspberry and hazelnut filling and pineapple with pineapple filling. Cakes were covered and decorated with fondant. Wedding reception was held at the International Polo Club in Wellington, Florida.
