Many thanks to Raquel Gonzalez for allowing me to create this cake for her daughter's "Quinceanera" party at the Players in Wellington, Florida. The birthday girl looked stunning.
Cakes were white almond cake with fresh strawberry filling and covered with fondant with a generous layer of our silky vanilla buttercream underneath.
